Mobihunter’s BI System

In the past two years, we’ve been working on developing our internal BI system to improve and optimize our workflows.

Three main reasons drove the creation of our BI system:

1) To enhance the work of media buyers by streamlining the process of running campaigns and eliminating the inconvenience of processing information in tables. We wanted to create a tool that would allow for quick loading of reports to optimize the analysis process.

2) To analyze big data and create predictive models for better performance of advertising campaigns.

3) To simplify payroll calculation, given the complexity of our bonus system and the large flow of customers. We aimed to streamline the analysis of wages and spend less time on it.

Our BI system integrates all aspects of our daily work and aims to increase team effectiveness and optimize operational processes. And that’s how the idea of creating our BI system was born.

The Platform’s Roles and Tools

Project Managers and Business Development Managers can track our performance effectively with the help of the BI platform.

Using the platform, we can match data from tracking tools and ad platforms, which enables us to monitor the situation for all clients and performance indicators.

Our BI platform offers different levels of accounts and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of project managers, media buyers, finance specialists, and C-level managers.

The main dashboard displays the plans for each project and team member, allowing us to track progress. Visual results make it easy for teams to improve, set goals, and achieve them. By tracking all the objectives daily, we can monitor our progress and analyze what needs to be done to reach our goals on time.

The BI system enables managers to monitor the progress of each client. You can easily check the charts depicting "Total Manager Profit by Day" by selecting specific filters such as period, offers, platforms, managers, buyers, index, profit, etc. We have also included the option to view additional information, such as the client's margin, total expenditure, and earnings.

It's beneficial to keep track of financial analytics for clients, such as payment delays and outstanding payments. The platform's functionality aims to automate operational tasks, freeing more time to focus on the client's immediate goals and objectives.

We've developed unique statistics for media buyers that include all the necessary data for campaign analysis and information about KPIs, income, profit, payouts, and more. The media buyers team can build predictive models for optimizing ad campaigns based on data analysis, allowing us to demonstrate higher performance and effectiveness.

In the "Clients" tab, you can easily view the offers and their respective statuses to understand what stage the work is at and how the client discovered us. You can also access detailed information about each client, including the platforms we promote their work on, the status of each platform, and the conditions.

Our BI system offers a highly convenient feature that enables automatic invoice insertion. This functionality helps avoid late payment fees and allows automatic accounts receivable management.

We’ve also developed a payroll function to streamline our complex bonus system, which relies on meeting KPIs. This functionality has significantly sped up the calculation of bonuses for each employee.
